Movante Sp. z o.o. works in employment, staff provision and process outsourcing in Poland. We work with companies that need dependable staff, and with people looking for legal work described honestly.
What we do
We work in temporary employment, recruitment, process outsourcing, and the coordination and support of the people we place. Our part does not end with passing on a contact — we carry the case from the first conversation to the point where the work simply runs.
We do not limit ourselves to matching candidates against vacancies. In each case we look at what both sides need and propose a solution for that specific situation, rather than the market average.
Our mission
We create solutions matched to the real needs of companies and workers, building cooperation on quality, responsibility and mutual trust.
How we approach cooperation
For a company we are a partner taking part in solving its problem. Before we put a proposal forward, we ask about volumes, timings, requirements and the realities of the site. Only then do we settle the model of cooperation and the scope of service.
For a worker we are the side that explains the terms in plain language and helps with the things that decide whether a job is workable at all: documents, accommodation, travel and everyday organisation.
We are set up for the long term. So we do not promise what we cannot deliver, and we do not take on work we could not deliver at the agreed quality.
