For companies

Staffing solutions built around your company

We do not offer one standard solution to every client. The terms of cooperation and the delivery model follow from the needs of the specific business — the volume of work, the timings and the requirements of the project.

How we run the cooperation

Ten things that make up our side of the work.

  • Analysis of your needs

We start with a conversation about which tasks need covering, at what volume and over what period.

  • Understanding how the work runs

We pay attention to how work is organised, what the role demands and what conditions are actually like on site.

  • Choosing the model

Temporary work, recruitment, process outsourcing — separately or combined, depending on what makes sense in your case.

  • Sourcing and coordinating workers

We assemble the team and handle day-to-day coordination, so it does not land on your supervisors.

  • Support with process optimisation

We point out where the organisation of work can be simplified or tidied up.

  • Quality control

We check that the agreed scope is being delivered as contracted, and act when something drifts.

  • Meeting deadlines

We track agreed dates and flag anything that could put them at risk.

  • Fast response to change

We react to changes in volume, in scheduling and in day-to-day operational needs.

  • Constant communication

One named contact, clear rules of engagement, and feedback without delay.

  • Long-term partnership

We work in a way that still makes sense next season and on the next project.

Areas we work in

Most often we support companies with these kinds of work:

  • Temporary workers
  • Warehousing and logistics
  • Production
  • Packing and order picking
  • Retail and sales support
  • Outsourcing of selected processes
  • Support in optimising operational processes
  • Long-term staffing cooperation

One solution does not fit everyone

The same headcount means an entirely different job in a seasonal warehouse than on a production line running all year. That is why, before we put an offer together, we ask about the detail: the nature of the work, the shift pattern, the requirements, the location and what a day on site actually looks like. Only then do we shape the delivery model.

Frequently asked questions from companies

Short answers to what we are asked most often before cooperation starts.

What is the difference between temporary work and process outsourcing?

In temporary work the worker performs work under the direction of the user employer, who organises the work. In outsourcing, the subject of the contract is the delivery of a defined process — Movante organises the work, provides supervision and answers for the result within the agreed scope. The correct form is settled when the terms of the contract are agreed.

Are the terms of cooperation the same for every client?

No. The scope of service, the delivery model and the terms follow from the needs of the specific business — volumes, timings, role requirements and the realities of the site.

How does cooperation start?

First we analyse your needs and how your business operates, then we propose a tailored solution. We agree the terms, the timeline and the scope, begin delivery, and run the day-to-day coordination while staying in constant contact.

Which areas do you work in?

Most often we support companies in warehousing and logistics, production, packing and order picking, and retail support, as well as with the outsourcing of selected operational processes.

Who handles the workers' day-to-day organisational matters?

We appoint a coordinator — one point of contact for both the company and the workers. They handle schedules, attendance, settling new starters in, and everyday organisational questions.
